- Arrive 10 minutes early — there's a shoe rack, a hand-wash sink and a two-minute cat etiquette briefing.
- Sessions run exactly 90 minutes; leaving early is allowed but historically rare.
- One drink is included. Order it before you sit down — once a cat is on you, you're not getting up.
- Children under 12 need an adult; under 6 we'll ask you to visit the 10:00 quiet slot.
- Walk-ins are welcome if a session has space, but the cats respect people with reservations slightly more.
